根据《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金管理办法》《太阳集团tyc539国际学生奖学金管理规定》（温大行政发[2020]5号），结合学校实际情况，组织开展2024年度浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金及太阳集团tyc539来华留学生学业奖学金评审工作，具体通知如下：
（一）评审对象
研究生：
1.浙江省A类奖学金(太阳集团tyc539硕博留学生一等奖学金），评审对象为我校2022、2023级优秀在读研究生。（年龄在35周岁以下，1989年1月1日之后出生）
2.太阳集团tyc539硕、博留学生二等、三等奖学金。评审对象为我校2022、2023级优秀在读研究生，且未获评浙江省A类奖学金的。
本科生：
1.浙江省B类奖学金(太阳集团tyc539本科留学生一、二等奖学金），评审对象为我校2021级、2022级和2023级优秀在读本科生（年龄在30周岁以下，1994年1月1日之后出生）。
2.太阳集团tyc539本科留学生三等奖学金。2021级、2022级、2023级本科生，且为获评浙江省B类奖学金的。
3.符合条件2021级、2022级本科留学生的评审工作由相关专业学院负责。符合条件的2023级本科留学生的评审工作由太阳集团tyc539负责。
（二）评审条件
1.具有我校学籍的本科、硕士、博士留学生。
2.考勤情况良好，成绩在同年级同专业或班级中名列前茅。
3.日常行为表现优秀、服从学校管理，无违反中国法律法规和校纪校规的行为。
4.已经缴清学校要求的费用。
5.本学年未获得中国政府奖学金或其他与此类别冲突的奖学金。
（三）奖学金等级及金额
1.研究生

（四）评审程序
1.各学院根据分配的名额和学生成绩与表现对学生进行评审排名，并根据排名依次认定为：浙奖A类(一等）、二等、三等奖学金；浙奖B类(一等、二等）、三等奖学金。
2.各学院组织学生填写浙江省政府奖学金申请表。各学院需要为候选学生提供盖章的成绩单（覆盖2023-2024学年第一、二学期），并联系学生收集以下材料：
（1）《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》（见附件1），需要学生签字，专业学院出具推荐意见，负责人签字盖章。
（2）申请A类奖学金（硕士），需要提供2名教授或副教授的签名的推荐信。
3.评审结果公示。评审结束后，请在一定范围内予以公示7天。
4.公示结束后，由国际学生奖学金及荣誉评审工作小组对名单最终确认，并报分管领导批准后学校发文。
（五）其他说明
1.学生成绩计算公式为：平均学分绩=∑学分绩/∑学分=∑(课程成绩*获得课程学分)/∑课程学分。学生表现依据为留管系统旷课及处分等记录。
2.电子和纸质版（学院分管领导签字盖章）《太阳集团tyc539国际学生奖学金评审汇总表》、浙奖学生申请表及推荐信等材料于12月5日前送至北校区太阳集团tyc539（留管部）3号楼225办公室。
3.如果学生不配合学院评审，不按时提供相关材料等，视为放弃奖学金资格。
4.本通知以中文版本为准，英文翻译版仅帮助理解。当英文翻译与中文版内容有出入时，以中文版为准。

Notice on 2024 Zhejiang Government Scholarship and WZU’s Academic Scholarship Review
Note: The official version of the notice is written in Chinese, with English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the original Chinese text, the Chinese text shall prevail.
ANY of the following item will lead you LOSING your Zhejiang Government scholarship directly even if your final average score is over 60:
l Any kind of uncomplete school fees.
l The number of total absences is or more than 10.
l You have record of disciplinary action.
l You have bad behavior record.
l You have record of being punished by public security department.
l Cheating teachers/students or disrespecting management staff.
l Other situation which is not qualified for scholarship decided by scholarship review committee.
The disqualified list will be published soon. If you are on the list, you will lose your scholarship, and you MUST pay full amount school fees.
The 2024 Zhejiang Government Scholarship (ZJGS) review will be explained in the following.
I Introduction
There are two categories under Zhejiang Government Scholarship:
l Type A: 30000 yuan for each student. It is for 2022 and 2023 master students.
l Type B: 20000 yuan for each student. It is for 2021, 2022 and 2023 bachelor students.
ONLY degree students WHO ARE IN CHINA can join this scholarship review. Other government scholarship students, non-degree students and suspended students CAN’T join.
II Review Criteria
l For Type A, candidates must be under the age of 35 (born after January 1, 1989)
l For Type B, candidates must be under the age of 30 (born after January 1, 1994)
l The candidate shall be a physically and mentally healthy foreign student, and he/she must be friendly to China.
l The review is based on the candidate’s academic and behavior performances ranking among the same year and same major students through the 2023-2024 academic year.
l If your final average score (see following formula) for all courses is less than 60 or the number of failed courses reaches 4 or more, you CAN’T get any scholarship.

IV Review Process
For Type A: Your major college will recommend candidates to join the review organized by school. If you are chosen, you need to submit application form (attached) to your major college and your major college will submit your information to CIE. Then CIE will organize a review. The scholarship review committee will publish the final name list. When the results come out, you must submit application forms, transcripts, TWO signed recommendation letters from your associate professors or professors before the deadline to your major college or you will lose your scholarship.
For Type B: Major college will do the review and notify the candidates. If you pass the review, you must prepare the application form (complete everything), transcript and submit it to your major college.
For both Type A and Type B students, your stamped transcript can be prepared by your major college.
The final review result will be published by the Scholarship Review Committee of Wenzhou University.
The review will be completed before November 29, 2024.
If you do not respond when the teacher contacts you, refuse to do as required or provide wrong/fake/uncompleted documents, bank card etc....it all means you will give up scholarship by yourself.
If you break school rules or be punished by public security departments during and after the scholarship review, your scholarship will be CANCELLED. You will become a self-paid student, and you MUST return the scholarship to school. Then you will also face disciplinary action accordingly.
The WZU’s Academic Scholarship review will be explained in the following.
I Review Introduction
The scholarship review is for current REGISTERED degree students (2021/2022/2023 bachelor programs and master programs). CSC students, non-degree students and suspended students are not included.
II Review Criteria
The review is based on your academic ranking and behavior performances among the same year and same major students through the 2023-2024 academic year.
If your final average score (see the formula below) for all courses is less than 60 or the number of failed courses reaches 4 or more, you CAN’T get any scholarship.

IV Review Process
For the year 2023 bachelor students, the scholarship will be reviewed by the College of International Education. For the year 2021/2022 bachelor students and all the master students, the scholarship will be reviewed by your major college. The scholarship review committee will publish the final name list. If you do not respond when teacher contacts you or refuse to do as required, your scholarship will also be cancelled.
The review will be completed before November 29, 2024.
If you break school rules or be punished by public security departments during and after the scholarship review, your scholarship will be CANCELLED. You will become a self-paid student, and you MUST return the scholarship to school. Then you will also face disciplinary action accordingly.
